Mike has been practicing exclusively criminal law since 2005. He currently is a partner at the firm. Before joining the team at Pringle Law, he articled and worked at Beresh Depoe Cunningham for eight years.

He has represented people at trial charged with murder, impaired drivingdrug offencesweapons offencessexual assault, property offences and extradition proceedings, including extensive experience running jury trials. He also has represented people numerous times at Alberta Traffic and Safety Board hearings and other administrative hearings.

During his nearly twenty years of experience, Mike has lectured numerous times on criminal law topics. He is currently a sessional instructor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law teaching Advanced Criminal Trial Advocacy. He also sits on the Legal Aid High Cost Committee and mentors young lawyers.
